Quilmes tiene 16 kil\u00f3metros a lo ancho del oeste del distrito con gran parte de la poblaci\u00f3n muchas veces afectada por esta situaci\u00f3n. Entonces, para nosotros es important\u00edsimo el trabajo que se viene realizando. Tambi\u00e9n para un cambio de autoridades del comit\u00e9. Sabemos que lo importa es el trabajo que se realice para mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos, as\u00ed que esto es una cuesti\u00f3n simplemente de respetar lo org\u00e1nico, pero lo que m\u00e1s nos interesa es seguir trabajando y a futuro tener una ley para poder conseguir los recursos necesarios. Me parece fundamental comprometernos los cuatro intendentes para avanzar en eso y obtener esa ley con los legisladores provinciales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 de la Cuenca H\u00eddrica Arroyo San Francisco-Las Piedras fue creado en abril de 2014, con el objeto de promover un programa de desarrollo integral y de transformaci\u00f3n de la cuenca o regi\u00f3n y atender su marcha. En su Carta Org\u00e1nica establece que los mandatos ser\u00e1n anuales, elegidos por y entre los representantes municipales, quienes desarrollar\u00e1n sus tareas ad honorem. Por ello, hoy quedaron asignados los roles de la siguiente manera: Andr\u00e9s Watson, presidente; Mayra Mendoza, vicepresidenta; Jorge Ferraresi, en la Secretar\u00eda de Actas y en la Secretar\u00eda Administrativa; y Juan Fabiani, en Tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la ocasi\u00f3n, representantes de la consultora Serman &amp; Asociados SA realizaron la presentaci\u00f3n casi final del plan h\u00eddrico social y ambiental.
