Los trabajos que tendr\u00e1n como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de la zona beneficiar\u00e1n a m\u00e1s de 580 familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGracias a la articulaci\u00f3n y al trabajo que hicimos desde el Municipio con la Secretar\u00eda de Integraci\u00f3n Socio Urbana (SISU) de la Naci\u00f3n es que vamos a poder tener las cloacas, el pavimento, todo el mejorado integral del barrio que va a contar con nuevas veredas, luces LED y que adem\u00e1s va a haber arbolado que tanto se necesita. Seguimos avanzando con los proyectos de obras\u201d,&nbsp;sostuvo Mayra en la recorrida por la calle Rep\u00fablica de Cuba entre Kenny y Alonso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Mi\u00f1o, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cNuestra urgencia es la urgencia de los barrios. Por eso, en tres a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n logramos poner de pie una pol\u00edtica que llega a 27 barrios de Quilmes y a m\u00e1s de mil de todo el pa\u00eds, con obras de infraestructura y servicios que transforman la vida ah\u00ed donde m\u00e1s duele. Yo s\u00e9 en primera persona cuanto mejora la vida en un hogar cuando acced\u00e9s a servicios como el agua y la electricidad. Esto es posible porque articulamos fuertemente con el Gobierno Municipal, Provincial y con las organizaciones sociales e iglesias de los barrios\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como La Resistencia &nbsp;cuenta con servicio de red de agua, solo ser\u00e1 necesario realizar la red secundaria cloacal y las correspondientes conexiones al servicio. En total ser\u00e1n 528 conexiones domiciliarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la pavimentaci\u00f3n se est\u00e1n realizando 28.150m2 de nuevas calzadas computadas en 6.790m3 de pavimento. A fin de mejorar el escurrimiento de las aguas de lluvia, se est\u00e1n construyendo 7.422m de cord\u00f3n cuneta para evitar posibles inundaciones y permitir la eficiente circulaci\u00f3n de la escorrent\u00eda hac\u00eda el sistema actual de cord\u00f3n cuneta existente sobre la avenida Republica de Francia y avenida La Plata, recientemente repavimentada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/MAYRA-Y-FERNANDA-MINO-RECORRIERON-OBRAS-DE-CLOACAS-Y-PAVIMENTACION-QUE-SE-REALIZAN-EN-EL-BARRIO-LA-RESISTENCIA-DE-EZPELETA-OESTE-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4114\" width=\"796\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/MAYRA-Y-FERNANDA-MINO-RECORRIERON-OBRAS-DE-CLOACAS-Y-PAVIMENTACION-QUE-SE-REALIZAN-EN-EL-BARRIO-LA-RESISTENCIA-DE-EZPELETA-OESTE-4.jpg 720w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/MAYRA-Y-FERNANDA-MINO-RECORRIERON-OBRAS-DE-CLOACAS-Y-PAVIMENTACION-QUE-SE-REALIZAN-EN-EL-BARRIO-LA-RESISTENCIA-DE-EZPELETA-OESTE-4-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 796px) 100vw, 796px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las vecinas del barrio, Mirna S\u00e1nchez expres\u00f3:&nbsp;\u201cEstoy muy feliz y agradecida con las obras, esto es un mont\u00f3n para el barrio. Esperemos que Mayra se quede cuatro a\u00f1os m\u00e1s as\u00ed sigue mejorando, porque hizo much\u00edsimas cosas por el barrio y por Quilmes. Estas son obras van a quedar para siempre y tambi\u00e9n estoy muy agradecida por mis nietos\u201d.&nbsp;En la misma l\u00ednea, el vecino Liborio Piedrabuena, remarc\u00f3 sobre las obras: \u201cAhora s\u00ed que estamos bien, ojal\u00e1 que siga as\u00ed y la vamos a votar de vuelta (a Mayra). Vamos a seguir luchando por ella y la votaremos. Gracias de todo coraz\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, otra lugare\u00f1a que vive en las inmediaciones, Miriam Ginas, agreg\u00f3 al respecto: \u201cEstamos muy felices, a nosotros nos cambia tambi\u00e9n la perspectiva de seguridad porque todos los vecinos que venimos de trabajar por avenida La Plata bajamos y vamos a tener asfaltos, m\u00e1s luminarias, va a estar diferente La Resistencia, y eso nos ayuda a llegar m\u00e1s seguros a casa. Aparte de eso, el tema de las cloacas y vamos a tener tranquilidad que no se tapen, que no se desborden. Con cada cosa que se est\u00e1 haciendo desde el Gobierno Municipal nosotros estamos reagradecidos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumado a estas labores tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n generando sendas de circulaci\u00f3n continuas e inclusivas con la construcci\u00f3n de veredas y la incorporaci\u00f3n de distintas especies de vegetaci\u00f3n para mejorar la transitabilidad y la visual en el barrio. En total se est\u00e1n efectuando 12.898 m2 de veredas y colocar\u00e1n 58 cestos de residuos, 168 rampas de esquina y 213 \u00e1rboles nuevos. De esta forma se busca mejorar la seguridad de los transe\u00fantes en el acceso de sus viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas obras forman parte de los compromisos&nbsp;de&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n asumidos por la Intendenta Mayra Mendoza.
