La ceremonia estuvo encabezada por el intendente municipal, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi; junto a la diputada nacional, Victoria Tolosa Paz; y el director Ejecutivo de la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS), Fernando Galarraga. La medida estuvo enmarcada en la adhesi\u00f3n del Municipio al Plan Integral para la Promoci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad en el \u00e1mbito local: \u201cACCESAR\u201d.<\/strong><br><br>El evento se desarroll\u00f3 en el Edificio Municipal y tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la directora de Apoyos y Asignaciones Econ\u00f3micas de la ANDIS, Paula Mart\u00ednez; el director de Despliegue Territorial y Acceso a Beneficios, Marcelo Villarreal; y la secretaria de Desarrollo Social y Comunitario de Berazategui, Mar\u00eda Laura Lacava.<br><br>\u201cNos parece mentira estar entregando otra vez pensiones en Berazategui, ya que en los cuatro a\u00f1os del anterior Gobierno nacional no pudimos entregar ni uno solo de estos beneficios. Y despu\u00e9s de 4 a\u00f1os en los que, tanto en este Municipio como en toda la Argentina, vivimos en carne propia la quita de las pensiones y el ajuste del Gobierno de Mauricio Macri, estar hoy aqu\u00ed nuevamente otorg\u00e1ndoles este derecho a los vecinos y vecinas nos llena de mucha emoci\u00f3n\u201d.<br><br>Galarraga, en tanto, destac\u00f3: \u201cPara nosotros es muy importante la decisi\u00f3n del presidente Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, dando respuestas a quienes necesitan de un Estado presente y garantiz\u00e1ndoles sus derechos. Y, para poder hacerlo, es imprescindible el trabajo conjunto y en forma articulada de Naci\u00f3n con los gobernadores y los intendentes. En este sentido, estamos muy orgullosos de la presencia que actualmente tenemos en Berazategui desde la ANDIS, gracias al intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, quien nos ha abierto las puertas de su Municipio y -al igual que el Gobierno Nacional- ha puesto a la discapacidad dentro de la agenda prioritaria de su gobierno\u201d.<br><br>En la misma l\u00ednea, Lacava indic\u00f3: \u201cEstamos muy felices de volver a realizar este tipo de actividades en Berazategui, entreg\u00e1ndoles a los vecinos que as\u00ed lo requieren sus pensiones por discapacidad, gracias a un Gobierno nacional que escucha y apuesta por la inclusi\u00f3n\u201d. Asimismo, la Titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social y Comunitario resalt\u00f3 que \u201cdesde octubre del a\u00f1o pasado -cuando el Municipio firm\u00f3 el convenio para sumarse a este Plan Nacional- hasta la fecha, ya se gestionaron 118 pensiones\u201d.<br><br>Con el objetivo de optimizar la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores, algunos de los servicios que se brindan en Berazategui son: la cesi\u00f3n de Pensiones No contributivas por Invalidez y otras asignaciones econ\u00f3micas; prestaciones brindadas a trav\u00e9s de Programas como Incluir Salud y aquellos destinados a personas con Discapacidad; y la entrega del Certificado \u00danico de Discapacidad (CUD), entre otros.<br><br>Entre otras autoridades municipales, tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1aron al Jefe comunal durante la ceremonia la titular de la Secretar\u00eda Privada, Mar\u00eda Del Carmen Flores; los secretarios de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG), Marcelo Benedetti; de Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n, Federico L\u00f3pez; de Salud P\u00fablica e Higiene, Pablo Costa; de Trabajo, Juan Manuel Parra; de Econom\u00eda, Santiago Castagno; y de Control Urbano, Ra\u00fal Torres, adem\u00e1s de la titular de la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat, Luc\u00eda Vega.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un emotivo acto, se entregaron pensiones no contributivas por invalidez a 22 vecinos y vecinas de Berazategui.
