{"id":420,"date":"2022-03-15T19:46:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T22:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=420"},"modified":"2022-03-30T19:48:07","modified_gmt":"2022-03-30T22:48:07","slug":"mayra-y-laura-alonso-suscribieron-dos-convenios-en-materia-de-inclusion-de-personas-en-situacion-de-calle-y-asistencia-alimentaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=420","title":{"rendered":"MAYRA Y LAURA ALONSO SUSCRIBIERON DOS CONVENIOS EN MATERIA DE INCLUSI\u00d3N DE PERSONAS EN SITUACI\u00d3N DE CALLE Y ASISTENCIA ALIMENTARIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, firm\u00f3 en la tarde del martes dos convenios con la secretaria de Inclusi\u00f3n Social del Ministerio Social de la Naci\u00f3n, Laura Alonso, con el fin de fortalecer, en primera instancia, el abordaje hacia las personas en situaci\u00f3n de calle en el distrito, o en riesgo inminente de estarlo y coordinar acciones; y por otro lado, se actualiz\u00f3 el monto para reforzar la asistencia alimentaria que brinda la Comuna en el marco del plan nacional \u201cArgentina Contra el Hambre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFirmamos un convenio con la secretaria Laura Alonso para impulsar el proyecto de abordaje para la \u2018Inclusi\u00f3n de Personas en Situaci\u00f3n de Calle\u2019 y recorrimos el Centro Integrador Comunitario Santo Domingo. En este espacio construiremos la Casa de Abrigo \u2018Taty Almeida&#8217; y as\u00ed vamos a fortalecer el abordaje del Municipio a personas que est\u00e1n en situaci\u00f3n de calle, acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndolos con pol\u00edticas de inclusi\u00f3n social y trabajando para mejorar su calidad de vida\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Mayra, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por la directora nacional de Acompa\u00f1amiento e Integraci\u00f3n Social, Ver\u00f3nica Lorenzo; y las secretarias de Ni\u00f1ez y Desarrollo Social, y de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, Florencia Di Tullio y Ceci Soler respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Alonso sostuvo: \u201cVinimos junto a Mayra Mendoza a firmar dos convenios muy importantes, uno se trata de poder apoyar desde el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Naci\u00f3n el funcionamiento de esta Casa de Abrigo, que va a albergar a personas que est\u00e1n en situaci\u00f3n de calle o que est\u00e1n en mucha vulnerabilidad social. Esta Casa se va a poner en funcionamiento y con apoyo tanto en materia de recursos humanos como con equipamiento, por parte de este convenio que acabamos de firmar. Y, por otro lado,&nbsp;vinimos a darle continuidad al compromiso que ya asumimos hace unos a\u00f1os desde el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Naci\u00f3n, en relaci\u00f3n a la asistencia alimentaria que desarrolla el Municipio a las familias vulnerables, haciendo un aporte econ\u00f3mico para darle continuidad a esa asistencia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad se desarroll\u00f3 en el Centro Integrador Comunitario (CIC) Santo Domingo, de Bernal Oeste, ubicado en la calle Luis Mar\u00eda Campos y Bermejo. Sobre el primer convenio, consta de la capacitaci\u00f3n de equipos territoriales con un enfoque integral, con la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias de abordaje territorial y acondicionar y equipar la Casa de Abrigo \u201cTaty Almeida\u201d. Adem\u00e1s contar\u00e1 con operadores y operadoras de calle, coordinadoras y coordinadores operativos, t\u00e9cnicos y trabajadores administrativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/FIRMA-DE-CONVENIO-DE-MAYRA-Y-LAURA-ALONSO-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/FIRMA-DE-CONVENIO-DE-MAYRA-Y-LAURA-ALONSO-4.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/FIRMA-DE-CONVENIO-DE-MAYRA-Y-LAURA-ALONSO-4-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/FIRMA-DE-CONVENIO-DE-MAYRA-Y-LAURA-ALONSO-4-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Previo a la concreci\u00f3n de la firma, la Jefa comunal y la funcionaria nacional recorrieron las instalaciones del CIC e inspeccionaron el avance de la obra del espacio donde funcionar\u00e1 la Casa de Abrigo en la zona, la cual tendr\u00e1 la capacidad necesaria para desarrollar diferentes actividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa tiene el financiamiento del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y cobijar\u00e1 transitoriamente a mujeres y sus hijos que, por diversos motivos y situaciones, necesiten de la ayuda del Estado. El sitio contar\u00e1 con un total de seis habitaciones, un Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples (SUM), un comedor, sanitarios generales y adaptados, oficinas, entre otros. A su vez, tendr\u00e1 una galer\u00eda semicubierta de acceso, veredas perimetrales y un play\u00f3n de esparcimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha obra forma parte de un proyecto integral que la Comuna prev\u00e9 en el barrio Santo Domingo, donde tambi\u00e9n se construir\u00e1 un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) para que los ni\u00f1os de 45 d\u00edas a cuatro a\u00f1os de edad accedan a estos espacios de educaci\u00f3n, cuidado y de promoci\u00f3n de derechos; y avanzan las obras de construcci\u00f3n de un play\u00f3n multideportes, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, en referencia a la actualizaci\u00f3n del convenio sobre asistencia alimentaria, esta herramienta posibilitar\u00e1 continuar con la ayuda a m\u00e1s de 7.500 familias quilme\u00f1as, ejecutada a trav\u00e9s del Mapa de la Solidaridad que implement\u00f3 el Municipio al inicio de la pandemia, que actualmente cuenta con m\u00e1s de 300 espacios a lo largo del distrito donde se distribuyen alimentos para las cocinas comunitarias y se entregan m\u00f3dulos alimentarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n participaron de la actividad las subsecretar\u00edas de Pol\u00edtica Integral de Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencias, Carolina Atencio; de Desarrollo Social, Judith Barchetta, y la concejala Nair Abad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, firm\u00f3 en la tarde del martes dos convenios con la secretaria de Inclusi\u00f3n Social del Ministerio Social de la Naci\u00f3n, Laura Alonso, con el fin de fortalecer, en primera instancia, el abordaje hacia las personas en situaci\u00f3n de calle en el distrito, o en riesgo inminente de estarlo y [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":421,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-420","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-quilmes"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
