{"id":4359,"date":"2023-06-12T13:55:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-12T16:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=4359"},"modified":"2023-06-12T16:06:21","modified_gmt":"2023-06-12T19:06:21","slug":"avanzan-las-obras-de-ampliacion-de-aulas-y-dependencias-en-es-no-74","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=4359","title":{"rendered":"AVANZAN LAS OBRAS DE AMPLIACI\u00d3N DE AULAS Y DEPENDENCIAS EN ES N\u00ba 74"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Municipio de Quilmes, informa que avanzan las obras realizadas en la Escuela Secundaria (ES) N\u00ba 74, ubicada en la calle 183 casi esquina Carlos Braggio, de Bernal Oeste, con un plazo estimado de 150 d\u00edas corridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante un relevamiento de la Comuna que dio como resultado la necesidad de crear nuevas aulas y dependencias, es que se inici\u00f3 un proyecto que incluye la ejecuci\u00f3n de un nuevo nivel de espacios y la creaci\u00f3n de un \u00e1rea administrativa independiente. Se construyen en total 6 espacios \u00e1ulicos que se destinar\u00e1n: 5 para aulas y 1 como dependencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, el proyecto contempla un refuerzo estructural para poder generar ese nivel adicional. En ese marco, se ejecutar\u00e1 un sistema tradicional de refuerzo con vigas y bases de hormig\u00f3n armado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los corredores de planta baja y alta, se realizar\u00e1n con bases de hormig\u00f3n armado. La cubierta ser\u00e1 de chapa con aislaci\u00f3n hidr\u00f3fuga y t\u00e9rmica, con cielorraso de fen\u00f3lico a la vista.
