Las obras fueron paralizadas entre 2016 y 2019 por el gobierno macrista y el\u00a0Ministerio<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/minhabitatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>\u00a0las reactiv\u00f3 en 2020 trabajando con la comuna. Las viviendas cuentan con uno, dos o tres dormitorios seg\u00fan la necesidad de cada familia, comedor y cocina integrada, toilette, ba\u00f1o, lavadero y patio\/jard\u00edn. Tambi\u00e9n se entregaron viviendas adaptadas para personas con movilidad reducida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su discurso, Ferraresi destac\u00f3: \u201cCuando tenemos gobiernos nacionales que entiendan este camino, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil transitarlo\u201d, y agreg\u00f3 que \u201cse va a consolidar el proceso de urbanizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n de un polideportivo y la instalaci\u00f3n de una escuela secundaria\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del acto tambi\u00e9n participaron el jefe de Gabinete del Ministerio, Guillermo Pesce; el presidente del HCD local, Hugo Barrueco; el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas de Avellaneda, Gast\u00f3n Seillan;&nbsp;el secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana&nbsp;Alejo Chornobroff; y la secretaria de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat, M\u00f3nica Ghirelli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sigue adelante el programa de urbanizaci\u00f3n en el barrio a trav\u00e9s del trabajo coordinado del Municipio de Avellaneda y el Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y H\u00e1bitat.
