El Municipio de Quilmes, por decisi\u00f3n de la intendenta Mayra Mendoza, lanza este 1 de julio en la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, ubicada en Roque S\u00e1enz Pe\u00f1a 352, Bernal, el \u201cForo de Gobierno Abierto\u201d, que tiene como objetivo dos pilares fundamentales: la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, para que los y las ciudadanas cuenten con instancias que les permitan involucrarse en la cuesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y propongan mejoras para el distrito, y la transparencia de la gesti\u00f3n, para que los vecinos y vecinas accedan a la informaci\u00f3n clave y tengan un verdadero control del uso eficiente de los recursos del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El foro, que se desarrollar\u00e1 durante la tarde, contar\u00e1 con distintas comisiones referidas a las diferentes \u00e1reas de gobierno y tendr\u00e1 la presencia de secretarios del Municipio acompa\u00f1ados por funcionarios, concejales y vecinos. Durante el evento tambi\u00e9n se realizar\u00e1 la apertura de votaci\u00f3n del nombre de la nueva Estaci\u00f3n Quilmes Sur de la L\u00ednea Roca, habr\u00e1 un stand de tarjeta de beneficios Somos Quilmes y una Feria de Emprendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las comisiones ser\u00e1n las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1-Gobernanza Ambiental y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana: construyendo un Quilmes ambientalmente responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-Quilmes Limpio. Sistema de recolecci\u00f3n eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-Gesti\u00f3n Cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4-Gesti\u00f3n Deportiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5-Clubes de Barrio y Entidades de Bien P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6-Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7-Desarrollo Productivo e Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8-Econom\u00eda Social, Popular y Solidaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9-Empleo y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10-Desarrollo Urbano. Infraestructura y Servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, en ese marco, desde las 15, se realizar\u00e1 la presentaci\u00f3n del Plan H\u00eddrico, Social y Ambiental. Esta jornada tambi\u00e9n\u00a0contar\u00e1 con la presencia de estudiantes de la UNQ, que realizar\u00e1n un documento resumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cuanto a la convocatoria para los vecinos, puede hacerse la preinscripci\u00f3n virtual, v\u00eda QuiBOT, desde el 19 al 30 de junio, donde el vecino podr\u00e1 elegir la comisi\u00f3n donde desee participar, y tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n inscribirse en distintos puntos fijos que se encuentran en los Centros de Gesti\u00f3n y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (CGPC) y los Centros de Integraci\u00f3n Comunitarios (CIC), y en los operativos Quilmes Cerca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayor transparencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco de la pol\u00edtica de gobierno abierto, a fines de 2020 se cre\u00f3 el \u201cPortal de Datos Abiertos\u201d, donde los vecinos y las vecinas pueden encontrar datos en formato accesible y reutilizable. Los interesados e interesadas pueden ingresar en http:\/\/datos.quilmes.gov.ar\/<\/a> para conocer m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, en base a una tarea articulada con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, se desarroll\u00f3 el \u201cMapa de Obras\u201d, una propuesta que le permite a la ciudadan\u00eda conocer d\u00f3nde y en qu\u00e9 estado se encuentran todas las obras llevadas adelante por la gesti\u00f3n municipal, el cual pueden encontrar en: https:\/\/quilmes.gov.ar\/institucional\/Mapa_obras\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y, adem\u00e1s, en 2021 se lanz\u00f3 una nueva \u201cGu\u00eda de Tr\u00e1mites\u201d, una herramienta que facilita el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n sobre los distintos tr\u00e1mites que se realizan en la Municipalidad. Dicha iniciativa incluy\u00f3 secciones en funci\u00f3n de la tem\u00e1tica de los distintos tr\u00e1mites, y un buscador que permite encontrar los mismos con palabras claves.
