{"id":4801,"date":"2023-07-28T19:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-28T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=4801"},"modified":"2023-08-02T20:26:44","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T23:26:44","slug":"mayra-recorrio-obras-e-instituciones-en-la-ribera-junto-a-decenas-de-vecinos-y-vecinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=4801","title":{"rendered":"MAYRA RECORRI\u00d3 OBRAS E INSTITUCIONES EN LA RIBERA JUNTO A DECENAS DE VECINOS Y VECINAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, despleg\u00f3 este viernes una intensa agenda de gesti\u00f3n en La Ribera, donde visit\u00f3 la Sociedad de Fomento Villa Luj\u00e1n, recorri\u00f3 la obra de pavimento en la avenida Italia, supervis\u00f3 el avance de la construcci\u00f3n del Nuevo Socio Complejo Ambiental Ecoparque Quilmes, y charl\u00f3 con vecinos y vecinas en el Centro Tradicionalista \u201cEl Fort\u00edn\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNosotros y nosotras somos de la idea de que el desarrollo y el progreso de los barrios y de todo Quilmes se puede dar solamente si hay una comunidad organizada y si hay un Estado presente como el que llevamos adelante desde nuestro gobierno. Estas 1.000 obras que hemos realizado son una demostraci\u00f3n de lo que queremos seguir haciendo. Por eso les pedimos a nuestros vecinos y vecinas que nos sigan acompa\u00f1ando en este proyecto de trabajo que tenemos porque sabemos lo que hace falta y queremos seguir trabajando por Quilmes y si el pueblo quiere, esas cuadras que son de tierra en nuestra pr\u00f3xima gesti\u00f3n van a ser de asfalto\u201d, expres\u00f3 Mayra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Jefa Comunal afirm\u00f3: \u201cHoy estamos sentando las bases para esa transformaci\u00f3n de Quilmes y para ver materializada esa transformaci\u00f3n y que le vean todos los vecinos necesitamos m\u00e1s tiempo de gesti\u00f3n. Quiero seguir trabajando por Quilmes y ser su Intendenta, la de mi comunidad, a la que valor\u00f3, quiero y disfruto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su itinerario, la Intendenta recorri\u00f3 la Sociedad de Fomento Villa Luj\u00e1n, en Mozart 622, entidad que ha logrado mejorar sus instalaciones gracias a los dos apoyos econ\u00f3micos entregados por el Municipio de Quilmes. La Comuna tambi\u00e9n le otorg\u00f3 luces LED y un nuevo sill\u00f3n de odontolog\u00eda, puesto que esta sociedad de fomento funciona como centro de salud para los vecinos del barrio. Es una posta sanitaria dependiente del CAPS Ren\u00e9 Favaloro. Cuenta con diferentes servicios como nutrici\u00f3n, obstetricia, odontolog\u00eda, vacunaci\u00f3n, enfermer\u00eda y un m\u00e9dico generalista. En este sentido, el presidente de la instituci\u00f3n, Daniel Rosano se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cRecibir el sill\u00f3n odontol\u00f3gico nos pone en un lugar de privilegio porque en este lugar se atienden a m\u00e1s de 300 personas por mes. Nos enorgullece esta herramienta recibida a trav\u00e9s de la gesti\u00f3n de Mayra Mendoza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, en la avenida Italia, la Jefa comunal recorri\u00f3 en un colectivo de la L\u00ednea 85 (SAES), junto a vecinos y vecinas, los nuevos asfaltos. El proyecto corresponde a la pavimentaci\u00f3n en hormig\u00f3n simple con cordones integrales de 36 cuadras en el barrio La Ribera que incluyen tambi\u00e9n la instalaci\u00f3n de luminarias LED. Con esta obra se gener\u00f3 un ingreso pavimentado sobre Italia al barrio El Fort\u00edn, dado que este no contaba con ninguna calle asfaltada, y sirve tambi\u00e9n como ingreso y egreso de camiones de la futura planta de procesamiento de residuos Ecoparque que se est\u00e1 construyendo en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-E-INSTITUCIONES-EN-LA-RIBERA-4-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4802\" width=\"821\" height=\"547\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-E-INSTITUCIONES-EN-LA-RIBERA-4-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-E-INSTITUCIONES-EN-LA-RIBERA-4-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-E-INSTITUCIONES-EN-LA-RIBERA-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-OBRAS-E-INSTITUCIONES-EN-LA-RIBERA-4.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 821px) 100vw, 821px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A su vez, en el barrio El Fort\u00edn, se est\u00e1n construyendo nuevas veredas y AYSA est\u00e1 ejecutando obras hidr\u00e1ulicas que consisten en el mejoramiento de la red secundaria con 173 conexiones de agua potable y tambi\u00e9n de cloacas para los domicilios. Estas labores son realizadas en conjunto con la SISU (Secretar\u00eda de Integraci\u00f3n Socio Urbana del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Naci\u00f3n), que adem\u00e1s, lleva adelante tareas del tendido el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a las obras que se concretaron en el barrio, la vecina Yolanda Belaustegui dijo: \u201cEstoy muy contenta porque vivo en el fondo de la calle Italia y ten\u00edamos que padecer el barro. Ahora gracias a Mayra tenemos esto, podemos salir tranquilos, no pisamos barro. El barrio cambi\u00f3 totalmente, incluso hay patrullas dando vuelta, que antes no estaban. La iluminaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ayuda\u201d. Y Jovita Sanabria asever\u00f3: \u201cLas obras que se est\u00e1n haciendo son muy buenas. Sentimos felicidad y gratitud, ojal\u00e1 Mayra siga para poder continuar con todo lo que est\u00e1 haciendo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, Mayra supervis\u00f3 obras en el Nuevo Complejo Socio Ambiental Ecoparque Quilmes, ubicado en Italia 487, que est\u00e1 desarrollado en conjunto con el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible de la Naci\u00f3n, con financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. Esta obra permitir\u00e1 mejorar la log\u00edstica de recolecci\u00f3n de residuos en el distrito, haciendo m\u00e1s eficiente el sistema y ampliando la capacidad.
