Esto mejorar\u00e1 notablemente el entorno del espacio con mejor infraestructura, accesibilidad, visualizaci\u00f3n y mayor seguridad ciudadana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRecorrimos el primer tramo de la renovaci\u00f3n total peatonal Rivadavia, una obra pedida por los comerciantes, que embellecer\u00e1 nuestro paseo comercial a cielo abierto tan importante para la zona sur. Con esta obra renovaremos integralmente 7 cuadras y 8 cruces seguros, incorporando luminarias LED, equipamiento urbano, marquesinas y el mantenimiento del arbolado, para que en los pr\u00f3ximos meses se pueda disfrutar de la nueva peatonal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Mayra, que recorri\u00f3 la peatonal, visit\u00f3 varios negocios y dialog\u00f3 con vecinos, vecinas, comerciantes y trabajadores acerca del buen impacto que gener\u00f3 la imponente obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajos contemplan la renovaci\u00f3n de la totalidad de la extensi\u00f3n peatonal que abarca 7 cuadras con sus 8 cruces seguros, desde la avenida Hip\u00f3lito Yrigoyen hasta la calle Sarmiento. Adem\u00e1s, incluyen el recambio de todos los solados de la arteria comercial, como de los cruces vehiculares, dotados de rampas peatonales. Tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 colocando nueva iluminaci\u00f3n LED, nuevo equipamiento urbano, marquesinas y se\u00f1al\u00e9tica para mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n visual al circular por el centro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-EL-PRIMER-TRAMO-DE-LA-OBRA-DE-RENOVACION-INTEGRAL-DE-LA-PEATONAL-RIVADAVIA-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4863\" width=\"817\" height=\"545\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-EL-PRIMER-TRAMO-DE-LA-OBRA-DE-RENOVACION-INTEGRAL-DE-LA-PEATONAL-RIVADAVIA-4.jpg 640w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/MAYRA-RECORRIO-EL-PRIMER-TRAMO-DE-LA-OBRA-DE-RENOVACION-INTEGRAL-DE-LA-PEATONAL-RIVADAVIA-4-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 817px) 100vw, 817px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta la concienciaci\u00f3n acerca del cuidado ambiental, se est\u00e1 realizando el mantenimiento del arbolado urbano, entendiendo sus beneficios ampliamente demostrados: disminuci\u00f3n de consumo energ\u00e9tico en \u00e9poca estival y disminuci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n sonora, entre otros, a la vez que se incorpora nueva vegetaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, el comerciante Sergio Iosorino de la jugueter\u00eda \u201cNuevo Mundo\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cEst\u00e1 quedando muy lindo. Es un cambio que est\u00e1 perfecto. Es una obra importante, es una ayuda para todos\u201d. A su vez, Ileana Gonz\u00e1lez, encargada de la librer\u00eda \u201cEl Sello\u201d dijo: \u201cHubo un cambio est\u00e9tico importante. Se nota como que la peatonal est\u00e1 m\u00e1s amplia con m\u00e1s lugar, m\u00e1s cosas. Es muy bueno. Me parece b\u00e1rbaro porque tambi\u00e9n ayuda a los comerciantes, a todos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que la segunda etapa, que avanza a buen ritmo, comprende el tramo entre Alvear y Brown, y Brown y Lavalle. A su vez, la tercera etapa incluir\u00e1 el sector entre Lavalle y Moreno, y Moreno y San Martin, incluyendo el cruce vehicular de Brown y Moreno.
