El intendente de Berazategui, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi; y el subsecretario de Pol\u00edtica de Suelo y Desarrollos Habitacionales de la Naci\u00f3n, Juan Pablo Negro, firmaron las actas para el inicio de obras del Procrear II en Berazategui. Este proyecto contempla la construcci\u00f3n de 1403 viviendas distribuidas en nueve sectores, en un predio de 18 hect\u00e1reas ubicado entre la Av. Carlos Mugica, la calle 157, el arroyo Las Conchitas y la 160.
<\/strong>
Al respecto, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi expres\u00f3: \u201cEstaba deseando, en esta gesti\u00f3n, poder hacer algo en materia de vivienda. Desde las \u00e9pocas del Gral. Per\u00f3n no se hac\u00edan estas viviendas, con estas caracter\u00edsticas. Y hoy tenemos la posibilidad de hacer esta obra, que es la segunda en magnitud del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, en cuanto al apoyo del Gobierno nacional, Mussi resalt\u00f3 que \u201cen Berazategui estamos brindando soluciones habitacionales gracias al presidente de la Naci\u00f3n, Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, que a pesar de todo lo que pasa en el pa\u00eds sigue pensando en cosas muy importantes para sus ciudadanos, como el techo propio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, Juan Pablo Negro coment\u00f3: \u201cEstamos muy contentos de poder iniciar este proyecto. Se trabaj\u00f3 en conjunto con los t\u00e9cnicos del Municipio y tambi\u00e9n pudimos gestionar las tierras con el Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Este es un gran ejemplo de proyecto articulado por el Estado nacional, provincial y municipal\u201d. Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cEsto le va a permitir a m\u00e1s de 1400 familias no solamente acceder al sue\u00f1o de la casa propia, sino que tambi\u00e9n van a poder integrarse a todas los beneficios que ofrece la ciudad. Siempre decimos que la justicia social no es total sin justicia territorial y sin acceso a la vivienda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Luc\u00eda Vega, titular de la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat de Berazategui, indic\u00f3: \u201cEsper\u00e1bamos este d\u00eda hace mucho tiempo. Hoy es un d\u00eda muy importante para nosotros. Estamos muy ansiosos porque comiencen las obras, ya que 1400 familias de Berazategui podr\u00e1n acceder a su Casa Propia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los vecinos interesados podr\u00e1n inscribirse para el sorteo de Procrear II cuando la obra est\u00e9 avanzada en un 70%. La informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 publicada en las redes sociales municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participaron de la presentaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n, los secretarios municipales de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Sergio Faccenda; Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n, Federico L\u00f3pez; Salud P\u00fablica e Higiene, Pablo Costa; de Desarrollo Social y Comunitario, Recreaci\u00f3n, Turismo y Deportes, Mar\u00eda Laura Lacava; Organizaciones No Gubernamentales, Marcelo Benedetti; Econom\u00eda, Santiago Castagno; Gobierno, Antonio Amarilla; y el presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Marcelo Romio.
