{"id":742,"date":"2022-05-06T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T18:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=742"},"modified":"2022-05-09T20:36:07","modified_gmt":"2022-05-09T23:36:07","slug":"mayra-recorrio-la-repavimentacion-de-la-avenida-san-martin-trabajamos-para-elevar-el-piso-de-dignidad-de-nuestros-vecinos-y-vecinas-y-construir-la-ciudad-que-nos-merecemos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=742","title":{"rendered":"MAYRA RECORRI\u00d3 LA REPAVIMENTACI\u00d3N DE LA AVENIDA SAN MART\u00cdN: \u201cTRABAJAMOS PARA ELEVAR EL PISO DE DIGNIDAD DE NUESTROS VECINOS Y VECINAS Y CONSTRUIR LA CIUDAD QUE NOS MERECEMOS\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, supervis\u00f3 los avances de la obra de reconstrucci\u00f3n total del pavimento que se est\u00e1 realizando en la avenida San Mart\u00edn, una arteria troncal de conectividad entre los partidos de Quilmes y Almirante Brown, desde Camino General Belgrano hasta Donato \u00c1lvarez, en el oeste del distrito, que incluye nuevas veredas, desag\u00fces e iluminaci\u00f3n LED, entre otros, en un trabajo articulado entre el Municipio y el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta es una obra muy esperada por los vecinos que permitir\u00e1 generar mejores condiciones para transitar por esta avenida. Adem\u00e1s, colocaremos nuevas LED para mejorar la iluminaci\u00f3n, lo que traer\u00e1 m\u00e1s seguridad al barrio. Estamos trabajando en cada rinc\u00f3n, en cada barrio de nuestro distrito, para elevar el piso de dignidad de nuestros vecinos y vecinas y poder construir as\u00ed, con obras necesarias, fundamentales, muy esperadas, la ciudad que nos merecemos\u201d, asegur\u00f3 la Jefa comunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto abarca un total de 22 cuadras (casi 3 kil\u00f3metros) en Villa La Florida y San Francisco Solano, con un paquete estructural de pavimento, que permitir\u00e1 cumplir con la resistencia y durabilidad de la obra, y cordones de hormig\u00f3n tipo H30. Adem\u00e1s, se reacondicionar\u00e1n las veredas en toda la traza, as\u00ed como los sumideros y conductos. Tambi\u00e9n se colocar\u00e1n refugios para esperar el transporte p\u00fablico, nuevas columnas de alumbrado y artefactos LED. Y se asegurar\u00e1 el correcto ingreso de los servicios esenciales al lugar como ambulancias, bomberos, polic\u00eda y recolecci\u00f3n de residuos, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los vecinos y vecinas se mostraron muy contentos al ver las m\u00e1quinas trabajando. Amelia G\u00f3mez, por ejemplo, expres\u00f3: \u201cEste era un barrio muy abandonado y ahora, con esta Intendencia, estamos teniendo grandes adelantos\u201d, y agradeci\u00f3 a Mayra \u201cporque siempre est\u00e1 atenta a nuestros pedidos\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n Nilda Grand\u00e1n, que hace 60 a\u00f1os vive en la zona, destac\u00f3 los avances: \u201cSon obras bien hechas, que nos van a cambiar la vida por completo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del recorrido particip\u00f3 la secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Obra P\u00fablica, Ceci Soler, quien destac\u00f3 que \u201cla obra es importante para el desarrollo productivo, puesto que en la avenida San Mart\u00edn hay grandes comercios e industrias\u201d, y mencion\u00f3 otros trabajos que el Municipio est\u00e1 realizando en la zona como la red secundaria cloacal y los nuevos pavimentos en el barrio San Mart\u00edn, La Uni\u00f3n y Sayonara. Tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente el subsecretario de Obras e Infraestructura, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asfaltar 400 cuadras en el distrito es uno de los 30 compromisos de gesti\u00f3n que asumi\u00f3 la intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, y que ya alcanza un 83% de avance.
