Los trabajos fueron gestionados por el intendente de Berazategui, Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, y financiados con fondos netamente municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, Gustavo Ribeiro Dos Santos -arquitecto de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas- inform\u00f3: \u201cSe trata de 400 metros lineales de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica que mejorar\u00e1n la circulaci\u00f3n y beneficiar\u00e1n de manera directa a m\u00e1s de 60 familias de la zona. Las mejoras tienen que ver, fundamentalmente, con la accesibilidad. En este caso puntual, tenemos la calle 38 que se comunica con una arteria importante como la Av. Ranelagh\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos trabajos consistieron en varias etapas: primero, el saneamiento, zanjeo y colocaci\u00f3n de ca\u00f1os para el escurrimiento de las aguas pluviales. Posteriormente, la colocaci\u00f3n de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica. Finalmente, la refacci\u00f3n de las banquinas y veredas que lo ameritaban\u201d, concluy\u00f3 el Arquitecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas obras se suman a las realizadas recientemente en las calles 264 A e\/ 206 y 207; 107 e\/ Av. 7 y 9; y 26 e\/ 131 y 131 A.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Est\u00e1n finalizando obras de mejora vial en la calle 38 entre Av.
