Desde el \u00e1rea competente, recomendaron no esperar a una emergencia para registrarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al entrar al portal por primera vez, el requisito estipulado fue la generaci\u00f3n de usuario (DNI) y contrase\u00f1a en el apartado \u201cCrear cuenta nueva\u201d.
