El Municipio de Quilmes informa que se desarroll\u00f3 la \u00faltima clase y la entrega de certificados del primer Taller de Apoyo a la b\u00fasqueda de empleo destinado a la comunidad sorda de Quilmes. El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 30 personas sordas, autoridades y trabajadoras municipales, quienes compartieron aprendizajes y reflexiones a partir de este primer taller. La propuesta estuvo a cargo de una licenciada en terapia ocupacional, una Int\u00e9rprete de Lengua de Se\u00f1as Argentina y una asesora ling\u00fc\u00edstica en cultura sorda e implic\u00f3 cuatro encuentros presenciales en Quilmes TEC La Bernalesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El curso fue ofrecido en conjunto entre la Oficina de Empleo y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Discapacidad municipales, articulando con distintas \u00e1reas de la gesti\u00f3n local, lo que posibilit\u00f3 que las y los participantes  pudieran acceder a material espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ado para la comunidad Sorda, derribando barreras comunicacionales y logr\u00e1ndose abordar diversos objetivos tales como:
\u2022Comprensi\u00f3n del proceso de b\u00fasqueda de empleo: adquiriendo un conocimiento claro de las diferentes etapas del proceso, desde la elaboraci\u00f3n del curr\u00edculum hasta la entrevista laboral. Se realizaron simulacros de entrevistas (tipo role-plays) para que les participantes puedan practicar sus habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n, responder preguntas y manejar la ansiedad
\u2022Desarrollo de habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n: Se enfatiz\u00f3 en la importancia de la comunicaci\u00f3n escrita y no verbal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se pudo adem\u00e1s brindar estrategias para la Identificaci\u00f3n de habilidades y fortalezas; relacion\u00e1ndolas a su vez con las demandas del mercado laboral.
El secretario de la Agencia de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Control Comunal y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico municipal, Juli\u00e1n Bellido, destac\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de la intendenta Mayra Mendoza de promover espacios formativos e inclusivos para la comunidad sorda del distrito, dado que estas iniciativas fomentan la accesibilidad  y el desarrollo laboral de las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
