Los abogados y abogadas de Berazategui ya pueden obtener su certificado de firma digital en reemplazo de las firmas electr\u00f3nicas. El tr\u00e1mite es gratuito y se realiza el primer mi\u00e9rcoles de cada mes, de 9.00 a 13.00, en la oficina de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos vinculados a la Familia que funciona en el Honorable Concejo Deliberante local (HCD), situado en Av. 14 y 131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La firma digital permite saber si un documento digital es aut\u00e9ntico y no fue alterado. Es \u00fanica, aut\u00e9ntica y puede ser verificada por la persona que recibe el documento. Cuando por ley es obligatorio que un documento lleve firma, esa obligaci\u00f3n se puede cumplir con la firma digital. La Ley N\u00b0 25.506 de Firma Digital (Texto Actualizado) reconoce y establece las condiciones para el empleo de la firma electr\u00f3nica, y de la firma digital y su eficacia jur\u00eddica, y crea la Infraestructura de Firma Digital de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este es un servicio descentralizado que brinda la Municipalidad de Berazategui, en articulaci\u00f3n con el Colegio de Abogados del Departamento Judicial de Quilmes y Abogac\u00eda Organizada de Berazategui Asociaci\u00f3n Civil, destinado a los abogados y abogadas berazateguenses. Para realizar el tr\u00e1mite es requisito presentar DNI y Token (dispositivo criptogr\u00e1fico).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al respecto, el Dr. Bienvenido Rodr\u00edguez Basalo, presidente del Colegio de Abogados del Departamento Judicial de Quilmes y del Colegio de Abogados de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, coment\u00f3: \u201cEste es un avance tecnol\u00f3gico en la seguridad de todo lo que tiene que ver con el expediente de la provincia de Buenos Aires. A partir del 1 de enero de 2025, la firma electr\u00f3nica con la que contaban va a quedar sin efecto, por eso les pedimos que se acerquen para realizar su firma digital. Agradecemos al intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi por colaborar con los abogados y abogadas matriculados en Berazategui, para brindarles esta certificaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y destac\u00f3: \u201cLa Municipalidad colabora en forma permanente, a trav\u00e9s de la actividad acad\u00e9mica para la formaci\u00f3n y brindando facilidades para el ejercicio profesional diario de cada uno de los abogados berazateguenses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el Dr. Gustavo Campos, asesor letrado del Municipio, afirm\u00f3: \u201cEl sistema judicial hoy se mueve en el marco de la virtualidad. A partir del Token, los y las profesionales pueden identificarse para hacer sus presentaciones y -a trav\u00e9s de estos operativos- se les da la posibilidad de renovarlo, as\u00ed como su acceso al sistema a trav\u00e9s de la firma digital\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
