Por esta raz\u00f3n, en el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Obstetricia y la Persona Gestante -que se conmemora cada 31 de agosto-, se recuerda a los vecinos y vecinas la importancia de realizar los controles prenatales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obstetricia es una especialidad m\u00e9dica que se ocupa de acompa\u00f1ar y asistir a las personas durante su embarazo, parto y puerperio. Silvia Botanti, afirm\u00f3: \u201cEn Berazategui acompa\u00f1amos a las personas gestantes durante todo el a\u00f1o. Contamos con 32 Centros de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud (CAPS) donde pueden realizar los controles prenatales. Estos son de suma importancia durante todo el embarazo. Es fundamental que sean precoces, continuos y de calidad. Los controles y estudios de laboratorio son gratuitos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n cualquier requerimiento que solicite el obstetra\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Lic. en Obstetricia Yicel Mart\u00ednez, explic\u00f3: \u201cSi la persona est\u00e1 en edad reproductiva, nota que falta el per\u00edodo menstrual o tiene un test de embarazo positivo, la invitamos a realizar su primera consulta en los CAPS municipales para empezar los controles. Se puede concurrir con acompa\u00f1ante.
