{"id":9213,"date":"2024-09-17T18:56:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T21:56:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=9213"},"modified":"2024-09-17T18:56:21","modified_gmt":"2024-09-17T21:56:21","slug":"mayra-con-un-estado-presente-y-eficiente-vamos-a-seguir-garantizando-derechos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=9213","title":{"rendered":"MAYRA: \u201cCON UN ESTADO PRESENTE Y EFICIENTE VAMOS A SEGUIR GARANTIZANDO DERECHOS\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, junto a autoridades bonaerenses, encabez\u00f3 este martes la entrega de 159 adjudicaciones para vecinos y vecinas de los barrios El Tala, La Paz, IAPI y Santa Luc\u00eda, en un trabajo conjunto con la Subsecretar\u00eda de H\u00e1bitat de la Comunidad de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstos actos siempre tienen mucha emoci\u00f3n, porque son 30 a\u00f1os de espera o m\u00e1s, y como familia, lo que uno quiere es tener la tranquilidad de saber que hay un pedacito de tierra donde uno construy\u00f3 su hogar y que podr\u00e1 contar con eso para sus hijos y sus nietos. Este paso que se est\u00e1 dando tiene que ver con que eso que muchas veces parece un sue\u00f1o, hoy forma parte de una realidad\u201d, asegur\u00f3 la Jefa comunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguidamente, Mayra se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas gestiones no ocurren \u201cpor arte de magia\u201d y remarc\u00f3: \u201cEste es el resultado de un trabajo municipal y provincial en conjunto, las organizaciones y los referentes barriales, que durante mucho tiempo han trabajado para construir estos barrios. Y hoy con un Estado presente y eficiente vamos a seguir garantizando derechos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, la Intendenta se refiri\u00f3 a las diferencias con el Gobierno Nacional: \u201cEstamos viviendo bajo las decisiones de un presidente al que no le importa la vida de la gente, es completamente cruel e insensible, solamente le importa tener seguidores en redes sociales, y no tiene idea de c\u00f3mo se vive en el conurbano. Entonces, autorizan tarifazos a las empresas de servicios. Est\u00e1n ahogando y sumergiendo en la pobreza a la clase media y al pueblo trabajador\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo todos somos iguales, no todo es lo mismo, a pesar de los palos en la rueda y las dificultades que el Gobierno Nacional le quiera poner a la Provincia y a los Municipios, nosotros vamos a seguir trabajando. Lo que necesitamos es acompa\u00f1amiento, reflexi\u00f3n y conciencia\u201d, subray\u00f3 Mayra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"479\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ADJUDICACIONES-DE-REGULARIZACION-DOMINIAL-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ADJUDICACIONES-DE-REGULARIZACION-DOMINIAL-1.jpg 720w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ADJUDICACIONES-DE-REGULARIZACION-DOMINIAL-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el director provincial de Regularizaci\u00f3n del H\u00e1bitat, Roberto Perito, felicit\u00f3 a las familias presentes y resalt\u00f3: \u201cLo significativo es que estamos regularizando sus hogares, con toda la historia, el sufrimiento, las alegr\u00edas y la tranquilidad que les va a dar poder dejar esto para sus descendientes. Este es el pen\u00faltimo paso en este proceso. Hoy es la adjudicaci\u00f3n y la pr\u00f3xima vez que nos encontremos ser\u00e1 para firmar las escrituras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las 159 adjudicaciones, 98 corresponden al barrio La Paz II, de Quilmes Oeste (Ley de Expropiaci\u00f3n N\u00ba 11.180); 30 al barrio IAPI, de Bernal Oeste (Ley de Expropiaci\u00f3n N\u00ba 10.061); 17 al barrio Santa Luc\u00eda, de Quilmes Oeste (Ley de Expropiaci\u00f3n N\u00ba 10.239); y 14 al barrio El Tala, de Quilmes Oeste (Ley de Expropiaci\u00f3n N\u00ba 10.239).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los beneficiarios, Miguel Blanco, coment\u00f3: \u201cHace 36 a\u00f1os que estamos en el barrio. Es un sue\u00f1o que pens\u00e9 que no iba a llegar nunca, pero por suerte lleg\u00f3. Pasamos muchas cosas, fr\u00edo, calor, necesidades, pero lleg\u00f3. Estoy muy contento por mi hijo, porque esto tambi\u00e9n es para \u00e9l. Estoy feliz y muy agradecido a Mayra Mendoza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma l\u00ednea, la vecina M\u00f3nica L\u00f3pez, expres\u00f3: \u201cHoy estamos festejando este logro que pudimos tener gracias a esta gesti\u00f3n y a nuestra Intendenta. Es una gran emoci\u00f3n tener la adjudicaci\u00f3n, que es la primera instancia, y saber que despu\u00e9s llegar\u00e1 la escritura\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto se desarroll\u00f3 en la sede del PROMEBA, ubicada en la calle 802 entre Dr. Emilio Torre y calle 894, en Quilmes Oeste.
