Se encuentra en marcha la ejecuci\u00f3n de 120 viviendas en el barrio 3 de Junio de Berazategui, que estar\u00e1n destinadas a la relocalizaci\u00f3n de familias que viven bajo un electroducto y a orillas del Arroyo Las Conchitas. Esta obra fue gestionada por el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi y financiada por el Banco Mundial por intermedio del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/strong>
El proyecto fue desarrollado por la Municipalidad -a cargo del intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi- y el Ministerio de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano de la provincia de Buenos Aires, con financiamiento del Banco Mundial. La construcci\u00f3n de las nuevas viviendas comenz\u00f3 este a\u00f1o, ya lleva un 30% de avance y contempla la edificaci\u00f3n de 120 casas. Tambi\u00e9n se realizar\u00e1 la pavimentaci\u00f3n de las calles, la construcci\u00f3n de veredas, trabajos de saneamiento y la puesta en marcha del sistema de desag\u00fces cloacales, redes de agua potable, gas y alumbrado p\u00fablico, adem\u00e1s de la conformaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLas viviendas ya est\u00e1n adjudicadas a los vecinos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Cecilia Rold\u00e1n, titular de la Agencia de Tierras y H\u00e1bitat. Y asegur\u00f3: \u201cEl impacto ser\u00e1 sumamente beneficioso porque relocalizar\u00e1 a los vecinos y vecinas en estas casas y sus vidas cambiar\u00e1n, as\u00ed como la calidad de vida de todo el barrio. Una vez que esto suceda, en el lugar donde se asentaban antes se construir\u00e1 un parque ribere\u00f1o\u201d.\u00a0
Asimismo, se encuentra en proceso de adjudicaci\u00f3n la licitaci\u00f3n para el inicio de una segunda etapa en la obra, que comprende un conjunto habitacional de 239 viviendas y la construcci\u00f3n de un Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples (SUM), tambi\u00e9n localizadas en el barrio 3 de Junio. \u201cEsta segunda etapa completar\u00eda -junto a las 120 de la etapa 1- 359 viviendas en total para este barrio de la localidad de Pl\u00e1tanos, gracias -nuevamente- a la gesti\u00f3n del intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, junto con el gobernador Axel Kicillof, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de H\u00e1bitat y Desarrollo Urbano\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
