Estas consisten en la construcci\u00f3n de una Escuela Primaria, una Secundaria y un Jard\u00edn de Infantes -que conformar\u00e1n un Polo Educativo Integral-; adem\u00e1s de un Sal\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples (SUM), una plaza y un circuito deportivo.
