La primera fue en el Centro de Jubilados Jubileo, del barrio Provincias Unidas, y continuar\u00e1n desarroll\u00e1ndose durante octubre en diferentes puntos del distrito. La eximici\u00f3n incluye ABL (Alumbrado, Barrido y Limpieza) y Servicios Sanitarios (agua y cloacas).<\/strong><br>Esta iniciativa es impulsada por el intendente Juan Jos\u00e9 Mussi, desde hace m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os, para acercar este servicio a las personas mayores que lo necesitan. El otorgamiento de la eximici\u00f3n queda sujeto a an\u00e1lisis y cumplimiento de los par\u00e1metros que establece la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 6.298 Art. 64.<br>Al respecto, Raquel Terraza -prosecretaria del Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Jubileo- expres\u00f3: \u00abLe agradecemos a la Municipalidad por estas jornadas. El cronograma contin\u00faa de esta manera:<br>-Mi\u00e9rcoles 2\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Los Abuelos De Bustillo (calle 54 e\/ 148 y 149).-Jueves 3\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Villa Giambruno (calle 215 e\/ Camino General Belgrano y 255).-Viernes 4\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados El Tr\u00e9bol (calle 18 y Av. Vergara).-Lunes 7\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Tiempos de Sue\u00f1os (calle 59 e\/ 164 y 165).-Martes 8\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados A Pleno Sol (calle 6 N\u00b0 3736).-Mi\u00e9rcoles 9\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Villa Mitre (calle 30 e\/ 163 y 164).-Jueves 10\/10: Centro de Jubilados y Pensionados Los Manzanos (calle 126 e\/ 10 y 11).<br>Los requisitos para quienes hagan el tr\u00e1mite por primera vez (sujeto a aprobaci\u00f3n) son: ser propietario (tener escritura o boleto de compraventa); si tiene escritura, presentar original y copia; si tiene boleto de compraventa, deber\u00e1 estar certificado; \u00faltimo recibo de cobro (original y copia); DNI original y fotocopias del titular y su grupo familiar (frente y dorso); recibo de luz o gas (original y copia); recibo de tasas municipales del a\u00f1o en curso; libreta de matrimonio con nacimiento de los hijos (original y copia); declaraci\u00f3n jurada original ante Juez de Paz (grupo familiar conviviente mayor de edad); consignar un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono.\u00a0<br>En tanto, para renovaci\u00f3n son: \u00faltimo recibo de cobro de haberes del jubilado\/pensionado (original y copia); fotocopia de la \u00faltima constancia de tr\u00e1mite; DNI original y copia (frente y dorso); declaraci\u00f3n jurada original ante Juez de Paz (grupo familiar conviviente); recibo actual de tasas municipales (original); consignar un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iniciaron las nuevas jornadas de eximici\u00f3n de tasas municipales para jubilados y pensionados de Berazategui que perciben el haber m\u00ednimo.
