Este espacio de construcci\u00f3n participativa tendr\u00e1 como objetivo crear y planificar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas acordes a las necesidades de los quilme\u00f1os y quilme\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible est\u00e1 empezando a desarrollar este tipo de pol\u00edticas que tienen que ver con la convocatoria y la participaci\u00f3n de diferentes actores de nuestra sociedad que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de cumplir con una ordenanza propuesta por nuestro Ejecutivo, es poder cumplir con un objetivo que tenemos como gesti\u00f3n\u201d, sostuvo Mayra tras recorrer la Casa de Quilmes, tal como se lo conoce al museo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Jefa comunal expres\u00f3: \u201cTenemos la obligaci\u00f3n de poder generar desde el Estado pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de reciclado con inclusi\u00f3n social, con la interacci\u00f3n de los diferentes actores de la comunidad, pol\u00edticas que puedan, desde una perspectiva de derechos como es nuestra gesti\u00f3n de gobierno siempre, reconocer los derechos de los recicladores urbanos, de los trabajadores y trabajadoras cartoneros y cartoneras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-988\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-2-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Y destac\u00f3: \u201cHoy hay un Estado Municipal que va a acompa\u00f1ar estas pol\u00edticas, es lo que hicimos desde el primer d\u00eda y estamos a m\u00e1s del 50% de construcci\u00f3n del EcoParque, que va a mejorar el tratamiento de los residuos, que nos va a permitir tener un ahorro y hacer una inversi\u00f3n en este sentido, que no enterremos lo que puede ser materia prima para ser reindustrializado, para que sea parte de la econom\u00eda circular que es tan necesaria para poder lograr un reciclaje con inclusi\u00f3n social. Vamos por un Quilmes solidario para poder construir una ciudad m\u00e1s justa y sustentable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Mesa Local de Pol\u00edticas Ambientales es una iniciativa del Municipio de Quilmes, que desarrolla a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible local, a cargo de Eva Mieri, que contar\u00e1 con la cooperaci\u00f3n de distintos actores comprometidos con la tem\u00e1tica ambiental que buscar\u00e1n fomentar la generaci\u00f3n de sistemas de recolecci\u00f3n de residuos reciclables con inclusi\u00f3n social, promover la educaci\u00f3n ambiental en todos los niveles educativos para toda la comunidad, y propiciar la necesaria generaci\u00f3n de redes colectivas entre todos los participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este espacio de construcci\u00f3n participativa estar\u00e1 conformado por concejales, funcionarios del Departamento Ejecutivo, representantes de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, de la Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche, y de PyMes, empresas, cooperativas e instituciones de la sociedad civil del distrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-989\" srcset=\"https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-3.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/treslineasnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/am-3-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Mieri expres\u00f3 que: \u201cHoy damos inicio a esta mesa de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, pol\u00edtica, universitaria y tambi\u00e9n de los cartoneros, cartoneras, recicladores y recicladoras de Quilmes.
